We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. If you are not satisfied
with the size or the fit, we would be glad to provide exchanges for items purchased from our online
portal if the following conditions are met:
 The item must be in its original packaging with product tags intact.
 The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
 Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole and marks on the upper.
 Originals receipts of would need to be included.
If ANY of the above conditions is not met, we regret to inform that we would be unable to process
any claims for exchanges regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable.

All exchanges’ requests would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date or 2 days of the
receipt of the item by the customer, whichever is earlier, at the prescribed link.

2.1 For requesting an exchange and its pickup, the customer needs to fill up the Exchange Request
Form here and follow the steps indicated in the form for the exchange.
2.2 The unused item has to be packed in its original condition and packaging along with the original
invoice and schedule a pickup date that’s within 3 days of the approval of the exchange.
2.3 The customer is entitled to an exchange of the product after evaluation of the condition and
packaging of the same..
2.4 In normal conditions, only the size can be changed, but in case, there is any other genuine issue,
a request needs to be placed and after due consideration, exchange of the item can be provided.
In such a case, if the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), the customer
will be required to top up the difference.
2.5 There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).

3.1 Exchange of an item can only be made only once.
3.2 Stella Footwear reserves the right and full discretion to disqualify free returns if the subsequent
item for exchange is same as any previous order.
3.3 Our exchange policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random
damage during return shipping.
3.4 Although, strict quality control measures are taken during the manufacturing and packing of our
products, we do not offer any warranty, whatsoever, in respect of any product, express or implied, of
merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose
